What exactly is Callrix?
Callrix is a white-label SaaS platform that provides the complete technical infrastructure for a pay-per-minute advisor hotline. You license the platform, put your own brand on it, connect your own Stripe account, and launch under your own domain — in 48 hours. No developers required.
How does the pay-per-minute billing work?
Users top up a prepaid wallet via Stripe. When they connect with an advisor, their wallet is billed per second at the advisor's rate. When the call ends, the remaining balance stays in their wallet for future calls. Advisors receive their share automatically via Stripe Connect payout every month.
Do I need a developer or technical team?
No. We handle all technical setup — domain configuration, branding, Stripe integration, and advisor onboarding. You only need a domain name, a Stripe account, and your first advisors. We guide you through everything in a 60-minute onboarding call.
Does Callrix take a percentage of my revenue?
No. Callrix charges a flat monthly license fee only. There is no revenue share whatsoever. The margin between what your customers pay per minute and what you pay advisors is entirely yours to keep.
What about the mobile app — can I have my own app in the App Store?
Yes, on the Pro plan. You create your own Apple Developer Account and Google Play Account (both require a one-time registration fee paid to Apple/Google). We build the native app under your brand and submit it to the stores under your accounts. Apple and Google's review process typically takes 1–5 business days.
Can I use Callrix for spiritual or psychic niches?
Callrix was originally built for a spiritual advisor platform, so the infrastructure fully supports this niche. However, due to existing agreements, some spiritual sub-niches require prior approval. Please contact us before booking to confirm eligibility for your specific niche.
Is Callrix GDPR compliant?
Yes. The platform is hosted on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany), includes full GDPR data export and deletion functionality, and we provide a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA/AVV) as required by Article 28 of the GDPR. As a license holder, you are the data controller for your users; Callrix acts as the data processor.
